Paper Sudoku is a Sudoku app with an old-paper, pencil-and-ink look — four difficulties, a daily challenge, pencil marks, hints that explain their logic, and stats to track your streaks.
Everyone gets the same puzzle on the same day — it's generated on your device from today's date, so there's no server involved. Solving it keeps your daily streak going; missing a day resets it.
Your settings and statistics (best times, win rates, streaks) sync via your own iCloud account when you're signed in. Nothing is sent to us — see the Privacy Policy for details.
Yes — tap the restart icon at the top of the board. It resets your entries and timer but keeps the same puzzle.
"Check" is a free, on-demand look at any wrong entries currently on the board. The "Check mistakes immediately" setting (off by default) flags a wrong entry the moment you make it and counts it toward your mistake limit.
